Nanny Job in Kitchener, Ontario

I am looking for a nanny in my home to care for my two boys who will be 12mths and 3 years for July 2016. My number one concern is the love for my children. I would like someone who is very affectionate and genuinely loves children. Also important to me is engaging activity. We spend all of our days going on outings or staying in and doing crafts etc. My children spend very little time in front of a screen and that is very important to me. I try to feed my children very nutritious healthy food that is mostly prepared by me. I work Tues-Fri with some flexible hours so on some days I may not need a nanny until 10 or 11am but am still willing to pay for the whole day. I am looking for someone to grow with our family. I intend on having a third child so I am looking for someone to stay with us for the next say 5 years or so.
