Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hello my name is Alisha and I'm looking for someone very kind and patient to nanny our three kids in the Kitsilano, Vancouver area. The individual must be extremely patient, present and kind to children - practicing respectful parenting techniques (i.e., janet lansbury) techniques or a desire to learn. We follow Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio learning at home and are a strict screen-free (no tv, ipad, phone etc.) family with our kids so we want someone who will respect that and ensure phones are not presented to our children or photos taken of them without our permission. We are looking for someone very kind and passionate about working with young children who can bring joy to their everyday and patience on their harder days. Our children are incredibly chatty, creative and imaginative. They enjoy playing, reading, cooking and spending time outdoors. Ideally, the individual should have a natural love for being with children, cooking and a holistic lifestyle - so they can continue imparting these values onto our children.
