Nanny Job in Regina, Saskatchewan

In their early 30s, Pamela is a nurse and Benjamin is self-employed working from home. Their daughter, newly walking, 14-month-old Sawyer loves playing with puzzles and building blocks, any toy that sings, reading, watching 1 episode of Sesame-Street and Peppa-Pig each day, and finally throwing toys for her two West Highland Terrier pups (Caesar dog food commercial dog) with her newly found throwing skills. Sawyer tried out a daycare center but it wasn’t a great fit for her. Pamela and Benjamin have a large house located in Harbour landing which can accommodate all activities, with play areas on all 3 floors.

We are looking for someone who has a positive outlook, will represent a good role model for Sawyer in their time together, will take the initiative and self-manage their day with Sawyer, who is confident enough to read, sing, and goof around with Sawyer, and is organized and punctual.

In Benjamin and Pamela’s professions there is no such thing as consistency. That being said, they do know their schedules months ahead. They are looking for 30 hours per week help but would stretch to 40 hours for the right individual, or salary the individual to full-time. This means that even though some weeks the hours may be less than full-time you would still receive a full-time wage. Your hypothetical schedule for 1 month would be
Week 1: M/T 9-5, Th/F 11-7
Week 2: M 9-5, F/Sa/Su 11-7
Week 3: W 9-5, Th 3-11, F/Sa 9-5
Week 4: M/T/W/T 10-6

Benjamin and Pamela are sticklers for; Treating Sawyer like an Angel, Showing up when you are scheduled, taking initiative and self-managing your day.
