Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

My wife and I are professionals seeking child care assistance for our sons. We have 3 boys aged 10, 4 and 3. The eldest requires only the odd pickup and drop-off so this posting relates mostly to our 2 younger sons. Noah and Jamie are the sweetest young men but can be active. They can understand requests and follow direction but both have a moderate speech delay. We are looking for a nanny who can help with pickup and drop-off for the boys pre-school and elementary school but also to help with 1 to 1 assistance for Jamie at pre-school and help encourage his talking. Our family is young and has a lot of moving parts so we are seeking help to "keep the ship sailing smoothly!"
