Nanny Job in Mississauga, Ontario

A VEHICLE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB Seeking PSW/caregiving & nurturing assistants: I am a mother and an early career lawyer with a physical disability who is looking to hire a personal support worker to assist me in my daily routine as well as supporting me as a mother to my 5 year-old-son. I work full-time, primarily from home and my husband is currently undergoing chemotherapy. We live in Clarkson, Mississauga with our son (and two cats)! I hope to work with someone who is flexible, reliable, and efficient. Job responsibilities: Assistance with personal care, housekeeping, maintenance of cat litter box. Nurturing assistance: Helping with child care (assisting with play, meal prep., cleaning, etc.) Location: Lakeshore and Southdown Shifts currently available: 3:30-7:30pm Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, plus the occasional Saturday (7am-7pm). These hours may change/adjust, more may become available. You don't need to be available for *all*, however priority will be given to those with flexibility. Pay: $18-21/hr free parking and mileage is paid. A car is REQUIRED. Qualities: Reliable, quick learner, positive workplace attitude, active listening, willingness to learn new tasks, some flexibility in scheduling would be helpful. Comfort around 5 year olds. Some physical tasks such as bending, lifting, reaching, etc. are required.
