My wife recently passed away, and now I am looking for a full time long term live-in nanny for my daughter (5 in May) and son (3 last February). My work schedule will be Monday to Thursday 10 hour day shifts. when I go back to work. So there are the options of live in Nanny, live out Nanny, or possibly day home care.
