Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

My name is Keileigh, I live in the Bloor West Village neighbourhood. I have always loved childcare! I started babysitting at a young age, and have loved working with babies and children ever since. I went to school for Social Service Work, which I feel gives me a leg up when it comes to child care. I am also first aid certified. I have looked after children, toddlers, and infants, on both an individual and group basis. I always make sure to be creative with my care to ensure engagement and learning while having fun. This has always been my style, and I have found parents seem to really enjoy the way I interact. I have experience with after school programs (partnered with TDSB) and have roughly 10 years of childcare experience, with a focus on visual arts and creative skills for little ones. I have worked with groups such as Sketch Toronto helping to teach parents about communication through visual arts; I have worked with Toronto based Story Planet where I built curriculum with a skilled team in order to assist children with homework help, and build their communication skills; and I have worked in a home setting offering specific childcare for families. I am not looking for a specific nanny scenario, I just wish to find a family with whom I can connect, and build a meaningful relationship with in order to assist them with their childcare needs.
