Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

Position Description: Looking for a nanny who will be responsible for all tasks related to care of newborn twins. We are looking for someone who will serve as a loving, nurturing and trustworthy companion to the twins. We are looking for a nanny who will be part of our family unit. Potential Start: Mid May 2015 (Twin babies to be born early June) Major Responsibilities: - Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for newborn twins - Supervise the twins\' activities at all times - Plan and prepare meals and bottles for, and feed, the twins - Dress the twins - Place the twins down for naps and bedtime - Help with bathing the twins - Change diapers - Perform housework related to child care (including washing the twins\' clothes, cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and washing and sterilizing bottles) - Perform other general household duties (ironing, laundry, cleaning, some cooking, taking dog outside in backyard and putting out dog food) - Flexible to adapt to the schedule set by the mother and father - Play with the twins, both indoors and outdoors - Attend baby classes with the twins - Approx. hours: 8:30am-6:30pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility when required, and the potential to babysit some nights/weekend if required Job Qualifications and Requirements: Experience caring for young children First aid training and child CPR English proficiency Comfortable with small dog Loving, caring, reliable, honest, and trustworthy Ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision
