Nanny Job in Burnaby, British Columbia

We're a simple and easy going family in North Burnaby, looking for a nanny/housekeeper. We have a 18 month old girl that is attached at her hips with her Grandma and a 2 year old nephew that stays with us during the day for usually 3 days a week. We're looking for a live-in or live-out caregiver that can take care of the kids (play, feed, diaper change, run around the park right behind our house etc), housekeeping (vaccum, mop, dust, wipe, laundry, dishwasher, plant care etc), and cook family's meals. We're looking for someone who would be welcomed as part of our family and treat our children with love and care. Cooking skill would be a bonus, if not my mom's an excellent cook and is happy to teach and pass on her recipe to one that's willing to learn! We live very close to a sky train station in North Burnaby, it is a 5 min bus ride from skytrain to our home and the bus station is right outside our door. We're looking for someone full time, available on 8 hour shifts starting sometimes in the morning, sometimes from early afternoon into late evening. You should have at least 5 years of professional child care experience, and 2 references. We pay a good wage based on your experience.
