Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

We are looking for a trustworthy, loving and nurturing person to be a full-time, live-out nanny. Main responsibilities: - To care for our 4 month old son full-time - To pick up and drop off our 5 year old at his nearby school and provide him with before and after school care - To provide occasional care for our 2.5 year old daughter (she will remain in full-time daycare) - Create a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for children - Meet the children’s social, emotional and physical needs - Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities - Do the children’s laundry - Dress the children - Assist with children\'s self-care and hygiene, including diapering - Discipline the children, when necessary and in accordance with our parenting principles - Prepare nutritious meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch and snacks) - Take the children on age-appropriate outings - Transport the children to and from activities and appointments - Do light housework Job qualifications and prerequisites: - At least 2 years of previous nanny experience - Experience caring for newborns - Excellent, verifiable references - Current first aid and CPR certification - Valid driver’s license - Proficient in english - Clean background check - Dependable, honest and trustworthy - Knowledge of the community (preferred)
