Nanny Job in Guelph, Ontario

Can\'t wait to meet our new nanny.... We are an active, fun-loving, professional family in Guelph searching for a live-out nanny to look after our children starting May 1st (*minimum of a one-year commitment). We have two amazing, active children; ages 2 and 9 (the 9 year old is in school full-time). We are offering a position that is a total of 25 hours a week (every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and we will pay a generous hourly wage. Our nanny will be caring, calm, fun, attentive, patient and responsible. All candidates must have previous childcare experience, references, First Aid and CPR training (or willing to do), a vulnerable sector police check (or willing to do) and must have own transportation to and from our home. Drivers License and own car is a must. Responsibilities will include: providing complete care for our children and performing all tasks that correlate to the care and positive development of the children and to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment in which the children will thrive, develop and enjoy. Although house-cleaning duties are not required our caregiver will prepare a simple family dinner 3 days a week. Hours: 25 hours per week including: Tuesdays from 8am – 5:30pm, Wednesdays from 12noon-6pm and Thursdays from 8am – 5:30pm. Term of Employment: Start May 1st *must be able to commit to the position for at least one-year. Fully paid on-the-job training.
