I am a physician in training and a mother to a lovely 2 year old girl. We have a full time spot in a daycare, but for at least two weeks a month, I would start work early in the morning. I would need childcare for an hour or two - basically babysit my sleeping child and get her to daycare at 0745. In addition I would also need overnight nannying for august and september. May extend further depending on the fit and circumstances.
