Nanny Job in Regina, Saskatchewan

Active fun family with two boys ages 7 and 9 with intellectual disabilities, seeks live-in Nanny. -Assist with dressing children for school -Prepare and pack lunches -Make breakfast and assist with eating -Read with children in the morning and check school agendas -Leave the house tidy -Walk children to school -Liaison with teacher and school staff -Assist with household chores -Pick up children at school -Walk children home -Assist children in independent skills (putting away shoes, coats, backpacks, and unpacking lunch) -Prepare a healthy snack -Play with children -Follow a schedule of recreational activities (library, park, play dates, etc.) -Food preparation The boys respond well to people who are able to keep things organized in a fun, consistent and friendly manner. Complete hands on training will be provided with clear expectations and mentorship by our experienced team. Preference will be given to applicants who have: -Training in early childhood or life experience equivalent -Interests in outdoors and active healthy lifestyles -Musical ability or interest -Experience working with children with special needs Must be able to live and work in Canada *LMO not available* Fun loving boys with intellectual disabilities require structure, consistency and play.
