Nanny Job in Mississauga, Ontario

We are a family with three young children looking to find a nanny who will become a loving and valuable member of our family. We live in the Port Credit area and need a live-out nanny to join us starting the last week of August 2017. We are looking to find someone who wants a long term, full time position. We have 2 boys (ages 4, 2) and a baby girl (who will turn 1 in the summer.) We also have one small dog, so you must love dogs! Our household is busy, loud and very loving. We are looking for someone who will be able to provide safety, care and security for our children as well as planning activities that promote physical, social, intellectual and emotional development. Responsibilities will include: - planning activities to engage children in order to promote learning and development - ensuring children feel safe, loved and cared for at all times - walking oldest child to and from the bus stop before and after school - outdoor play/walks/activities daily - tending to all basic needs of the children: dressing, diaper changing (toilet training to follow), naps, etc - planning and preparing nutritious snacks and meals during scheduled hours - light housekeeping - children's laundry The happiness and well being of our children is our number one priority, and we are looking for someone who will feel the same way about our kids, and our family. Job hours will be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (45 hours per week.) Start date is the last week of August. Salary to be discussed. First Aid certification necessary. Priority will be given to applicants who have been with previous families for long term positions. References required.
