I have two girls, a newborn (4 weeks of age) and a 3.5 year old. Looking for someone to start off as a part time caregiver for my two girls, and gradually move towards full time employment. Both my husband and I are self employed, so our hours needed for childcare are daytime, some evening, and Saturdays. 3.5 year old starts preschool 2 days a week for 2.5 hours/day, and we may require pickup/drop off.
