I am a Caucasian, 25 year old accounting and customer service representative; currently looking to get out of my desk job. I have a G drivers license. I live in between Yonge/Bathurst, off of Steeles and have access to the Yonge Subway line from Finch station. I have a professional background with both children, and animals. • 12 years in childcare • Taught as a student teacher in junior classrooms • Child and Youth Worker in training with children in JK/SK and grades 1/2 • One-on-one and group activities with special needs children • Worked with children that have ADD/ADHD/ANGER MANAGEMENT • Volunteered work in special needs class all throughout high-school • Was previously trained in UMAB (understanding and managing aggressive behaviour) • Worked with larger groups of kids in dance classes at ViBE • Camp Counselor/Unit head at Richmond Hill Country Club • Worked in a group-home as a Child and Youth Worker in training • Young/Older children • Cared for pets in a professional setting, administered medication and rescued animals through my own rescue • Drive kids to and from play dates, school • Grocery Shopping • Play dates and park visits • Meal Preparation • Cleaning (ie laundry, rooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, dishes) • Overnight stays I have been trained and certified in First Aid and CPR level C, yet it has expired.
