Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

I have been a nanny and recently owned and operated a private day home, I just moved to Calgary on Canada Day due to my husband's job. Currently I share a home with my brother-in-law and since I cannot open up my day home here at the moment, I am offering up my childcare services as a live-out nanny. I am looking for a family that wouldn't mind my bringing my nephews (5 yrs old & 8 months, some Fridays I might also have another nephew (3 yrs old) and niece (6 yrs old) - depending on custody days) along to play, so I can take care of them as well on days both their parents work. I do not drive, I have never drove, I use public transportation which usually causes me to be very early - just so I make sure I am on time. I have 2 cats and my brother-in-law has 2 dogs, so I will almost always have animal hair on me, even after attempting to lint roll it off so if pet hair is a issue at all, I am not the nanny for you. - Available Monday - Friday, hours depend of transportation time. - I am big on baking and cake decorating, took courses at NAIT - Daily outdoor play (weather permitting) - I encourage children to experience “real life” activities (helping prepare meals & snacks, baking & decorating, and cleaning up after themselves). - I adore children, have grown up taking care of younger siblings and then all my older siblings children, I love getting to play and goof around - just getting to be the inner child I am when I am with them. - Can do any house hold duties you may require - I only require major holidays off or expect double pay, and will give you months of notice to any days that I require off. - Have Child First Aid and CPR, a clean information check I require to be paid $15 (min wage) - $20 per hour, depending on # of children and duties.
