I am an Educational Assistant . I have worked with many children in different age groups and settings over the years. Some of my experience is working with Children with Special Needs ( Autism ,Down Syndrome, Williams , Behavioural as well as Emotional) I have my First Aid and CPR. And recently took a course on how to use an IPAD to Augment Learning ( not for very young children) I had a recent Criminal Record check to volunteer at an orphanage in Uganda . I am physically active, energetic and good natured .I Love to be busy. A good sense of humour is so important and just having fun and learning in a variety of ways is how we grow. Keeping children engaged and believing in themselves is what I love. There is a whole world out there to explore and understand in a variety of ways. The idea of kindness and understanding is what keeps us all going . And sometimes just a cuddle and book is what is needed. I have worked overseas in a variety of school settings as well as volunteering in many different countries. I really enjoy being around children watching them explore the world and doing it with a sense of fun and love. I have raised 4 of my own children including a set of identical twin boys. I am happy to do light housework and to prepare meals in between exploring and having fun .
