Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

We are a family of five with three children ages 1, 3 and 6. We are looking for a full time live in nanny to join our family. We are located in SE Calgary. DETAILS OF EMPLOYMENT: We are looking for a full time live in nanny to start in November, however we would like someone to start part-time as soon as possible. The position will switch to full time in November. The nanny will have a private living space and private bathroom in our basement. DETAILS ABOUT OUR CHILDREN: We have three daughters. Or oldest will be starting Grade 1 in September. The nanny will be responsible for dropping her off at school and picking her up. The school is a 5 minute walk from our house. While our oldest daughter is in school, the nanny will look after the 3 year old and 1 year old. Our daughters enjoy being outdoors very much. We would like to find someone who will take the girls outside regularly. In addition, our girls enjoy drawing, music, puzzles, sports, arts and crafts, riding bikes and reading. Our nanny will be responsible for engaging in these activities with the kids. Our nanny will also be responsible for arranging play dates with the our girls' friends. A further requirement may be taking the girls to extracurricular activities, however this can be discussed. We will provide a car for our nanny if required. DETAILS ABOUT OUR FAMILY: My husband and I both have demanding careers. We require someone who can help with cooking and cleaning and who is willing to assist in running our busy household. We also require someone who is organized, efficient and is able to multitask. It is our hope that our nanny will become a close part of our family. Our children are currently being looked after by their grandparents, who they are very attached to. We hope to find someone who is devoted and caring, who will be able to fill the shoes of the girls' grandparents and assume a special role in their lives.
