Dear Sir or Madam: My name is Bianka Lavoie I am 18 years old. I am from Quebec, my first language is French, but I am fluid in English. For the last two years I have been studying in special care counselling at the Cégep of Jonquiere. In this formation I acquired a lot of abilities and skills to assist someone with needs. In this program we had many courses such as: psychology, communications, CPR, troubled childhood, human development substance addiction and a few more. All this formation helps me a lot to give good care for kids, to have a better understanding and to stimulate their learning. I love new challenges and I give the best of me. I am talkative and I have a good sense of listening. These abilities help me to work with people with mental health problems, with kids and elderly people. I love to play with kids, stimulate their imagination and their learning. Also, I live in apartment for three years, I know how to take care of a house. Also, I love pets and is not a problem for me to take care go them. Since I has ten years I do babysitting, and I love that. In past 4 years I was a day camp counselor (3 years in Quebec and 1 year on Ontario), I do a lot of yoga and dance and it is why since 2015 I give dance and yoga classes for the kids. In 2017 I participated in the YMCA summer work exchange. For six weeks I moved to Markham and I work as a student leader for the Bruce Mill day camp. This experience gave me the opportunity to improve my English but also, I acquired self confident and the love for travelling.
