Nanny in Calgary, Alberta

Hi there! My name is Shelby and I'm an 18 year old young woman living in Auburn Bay, (south east of Calgary). I've always loved children and enjoyed babysitting as a younger teenager, and really started to delve deeper into the possibility of childcare as a full time career sometime last year. I've worked with one family so far, as a casual, part time sitter but I look after my 3 year old niece once or twice a week regularly as well. The majority of my childcare experience is with children between the ages of 6 months-4 years, but I do have siblings whom I looked after that are older then that, as well as family members (cousins, nieces, etc). I have taken childcare courses, and have first aid and CPR experience under my belt as well. My father is a firefighter, so he's put me in all sorts of courses since I was young. I live on my own in a beautiful condo in Auburn Bay, and would be comfortable looking after children at my home as well if needed. I do drive and have a reliable vehicle and license, and can run errands if need be. I can provide references upon request, and truly hope I can be a good fit for your family!
