Nanny Job in Richmond Hill, Ontario

Your primary function in this position is to create a fun, stimulating and nurturing environment and coordinating daily activities for our 2 daughters age 4 and age 6 months. You will be responsible for: • taking the children to and from school bus and to appointments • helping with homework • organizing activities such as games and outings • helping children with crafts • instructing children with personal hygiene and social skills • reading to children • prepare and serve nutritious meals • shop for food and household supplies • perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties • maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home • support children to meet house rules and expectations, use of time outs for discipline Requirements for the position: Valid driver’s license Ability to swim Minimum 1 year live-in nanny experience required Completion of a related vocational training program )early childhood education, au pair certification).
