Nanny Job in Coldwater, Ontario

Hi there! My name is Kate and my husband's name is Evan. We have a sweet 6 month old named Ava that I'm hoping to hire a nanny for come September/October 2022 when I return to work. We have two black labs named Audi and Jetta and we live 15 minutes north of Coldwater, Ontario. I work shift work at a women's shelter and my husband runs his own construction business. We are looking for a nanny that can be slightly flexible with their hours (give or take an hour here and there). We can also work to be flexible in return. Typically we would need a nanny 2-3 days a week for 8-9 hours a day. If it means securing a nanny that we trust and connect with, we are open to negotiating hours and schedule. Our hope is to find a nanny that we connect with on a deeper level. Someone that feels like they could be part of our family. When you are nannying for us, we want you to feel comfortable, like our home is your home. I would like our nanny to have CPR certification (or willing to get it) and their own vehicle.
