Nanny Job in Lethbridge, Alberta

We are a professional couple searching for a part-time care-giver for assistance with our 18 year old son. He has cerebral palsy and is a happy, expressive young man. He is ambulatory in the house, uses a power chair in the community, and he communicates with a speech app on his iPad. He completed high school in June (2023), loves composing music, writing stories, Lego, and gaming. The majority of this position involves assisting him with summer activities. We have experience with both live-in and live-out care-givers, thus we can be flexible with hours and living arrangements (if required). Salary is commensurate with experience. Start Date Options: The position would begin in January 2024. Work Schedule: We require about 4 hrs per day, 3 or 4 days a week. There is also the possibility of the occasional "8 hr" day. We do have some specific dates for care requirements, but we are flexible on most working dates and the start / finish times of work days. Salary: Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
