Nanny Job in Surrey, British Columbia

Hello my name is Adriana, my husband is named Bartek. We are in need of a part time nanny. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT SPONSOR. THE SPONSOR TAB WILL NOT CHANGE ON MY PROFILE DESPITE MULTIPLE EFFORTS. ** I am a 45 year old mom of two boys, a 10 month old and 3.5 year old. We are seeking a part-time nanny one day a week, on Fridays for 5-6 hours, switching to Mondays Dec, 2023 for 5-6 hours. Our nanny would also provide childcare on the occasional weekend, day or evenings, as mutually agreed upon. We specifically need help with the following: -Organize fun indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities for our toddler and baby -Assist during meal prep times by supervising our children and engaging in free or organized play -Assist in maintaining potty training efforts with our toddler -Be able and willing to change diapers -Able to maintain limits with our children in a calm and assertive manner as needed, this can include following nap schedules, meal times and bedtimes if working evenings; responding to sibling conflict as it arises -Assist with light housework such as fold laundry, unload and reload dishwasher, tidy toys as needed. -Light meal preparation of snacks (i.e. cut cheese, fruit, etc) -Comfortable using an EPI pen if needed as our baby is allergic to eggs Our future nanny would: -Be comfortable nannying in a home whereby both or one parent is present -Have updated First Aid for babies and toddlers. -Provide 3 references supporting your work history -Have your own health insurance, specifically BC medical service plan coverage. Things to know: My husband, Bartek works from home full time. He will be in/out of the main floor. I am on maternity leave until end of December 2023 and will be in the home. You MUST LIKE DOGS! We have a 9 year old dog named Misty, she’s a border-collie/husky, very sweet and kind. We live in a three level home requiring use of stairs.
