Hello! We are a family of four. Myself, my husband and our two kids age 10 and 6. Both kids are neurodivergent and do have special needs. My husband and I are high performing executives with multiple businesses. We recently moved to Kelowna from Ontario. We are looking for someone who can blend well with our family and help us handle the day to day to operations of a household. We are young professionals who value eating clean, staying active, spending quality time with family and upholding ourselves to high morals and values. We would seek someone with aligning values that would set a good example for our children and represent us well in the community and beyond. A drivers license and vehicle would be necessary. Tasks will vary and change as necessary to assist the family in day to day activities Clean cars weekly. Empty garbage out. Wipe down screens with windex and paper towel. Vacuum. Daily tidy. Make beds. Clean up any breakfast stuff. Make sure all counters are cleaned off and wiped. Anything out of its place can go away including outdoors. Deep clean one area weekly Empty garbage cans daily and wash weekly Grocery shop. Keep fridge and cupboards pinterest organized. Laundry 1 load a day minimum to keep up. 1 bed washed a day so every bed is done once a week Order school supplies, outfits for kids etc Dog groomed, food ordered, fed etc Tidy outside including a leaf blow once a week Order, pick up & stock house supplies Pick up kids from school Babysitting kids after arrival/sick days/holidays etc. as needed Business / personal receipts scanned and emailed to EA EOD make sure the house is back to net zero. Which includes but isnt limited to dish washer started or empty, kitchen and bathroom counters, kitchen tables are cleaned and wiped. Laundry is put away and things are where they belong especially kids stuff. No dishes in the sink. Chairs pushed in, furniture where it belongs. etc Accept packages if signature is required and do returns as necessary Meal Prep and planning Pre made food orders Manage decluttering, donations etc. regualarly Contact and be here for workers like plumbers, landascaper, mobile detailer etc. Pack/unpack for travel Travel with us when neccessary Water plants Put away/take out summer / winter equipment/toys, sports gear, furniture etc Plan events - birthdays, holidays, dinner parties etc. Decorate for holidays
