Attention caregivers in the Vaughan, Ontario area! Our family is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny to help care for our newborn twins and support the smooth running of our household. This is a live-out, part-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $26.00. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for infants and be comfortable assisting with both childcare and light household duties. Responsibilities include assisting with feeding the twins as needed, washing bottles, and maintaining the cleanliness of feeding equipment. The nanny will provide attentive care, supervision, and engagement with the babies during the day. Light housekeeping and household maintenance will also be part of the role, such as general tidying, organizing toys, folding blankets, straightening pillows, dusting, wiping surfaces, and maintaining common areas. Additional tasks include stripping and replacing bed sheets, as well as managing laundry by washing, folding, and putting away clothes. Meal preparation and grocery management are also key aspects of this role. The nanny will assist with preparing simple family meals such as rice, beef, and vegetables, and help with basic kitchen clean-up after meal preparation. Weekly grocery pickups may also be required. Additionally, the role includes light household administration tasks such as organizing household schedules and coordinating appointments or deliveries if needed.
