Nanny Job in Vaughan, Ontario

We are a warm and welcoming modern Orthodox Jewish family living in Thornhill, Ontario, seeking a caring and experienced nanny to help with our two wonderful children, ages 5 and 2. We require reliable childcare support from 3 PM to 7 PM on weekdays, with occasional full days (9 AM to 7 PM) when children are home sick during the school year. Note: We will occasionally be away during summer weekends; exact dates will be communicated clearly in advance. We offer a competitive rate of $25 per hour. Our ideal candidate has previous experience working with Orthodox Jewish families or is comfortable and familiar with Jewish customs, although extensive religious knowledge is not required. Responsibilities include: - Engaging with and supervising children at home - Facilitating activities and games - Light meal preparation/snacks (kosher kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory) - Basic childcare-related tasks (tidying children's play areas, etc.) - Carpool duties; having a valid driver's license is an asset We greatly value dependability, warmth, and a positive attitude.
