Nanny Job in Surrey, British Columbia

Are you an experienced and caring nanny looking for a new opportunity? Our family in Surrey, British Columbia is seeking a reliable and nurturing individual to care for our toddler and primary school-aged children. This position can be either live-in or live-out. Right now we are hoping to only need part time, however full time might be available. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $25.00, and additional duties may include light housekeeping and meal preparation. We are a shift work family, working primarily nights. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our family. Prior experience with infants and young children is a must, and certification in childcare or early childhood education is a definite plus. We are seeking someone who can create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for our children, while also assisting with household tasks to support our family, school drop off and pick up. We are seeking someone who is comfortable with handling a child with special medical needs. Our son has anaphylaxis allergies and close attention to what he is eating and foods he is around is important. We are seeking someone who has or is willing to take infant/child level first aid and knows how to administered epinephrine if needed.
