Nanny Job in Etobicoke, Ontario

Are you a nurturing and reliable Mother’s Helper with a passion for caring for infants and primary school children? We are a warm and welcoming family located in Etobicoke (Mimico), seeking a responsible and attentive Mother’s helper / nanny to join our family on a part-time - full time basis. We are flexible on hours and days but do need someone in the mornings. We can sort out a schedule that works for both sides needs / availability and therefore the hours may fluctuate or exceed part time hours some weeks. We are great communicators and happy to make a schedule together in advance for both sides. Our ideal candidate would show up excited and ready for the day, be experienced in providing exceptional care to our family, and helping with the daily needs of our children & home as a helper to the Mother. This role is live-out and involves caring & engaging for our children, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and being CPR certified. Wage will be negotiated. We offer a competitive hourly rate to the right candidate who can create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for our children. Showing up with a positive approach & loving demeanour goes a long way with us. We are looking for someone to join our family, be a team player, and join our daily fun whatever that may look like each day. Preparing pancake breakfast with kids, walks to the splash pad, at home activities, being an extra set of hands to the Mother throughout the day however that may look. Perhaps engaging our 2 & 4 year old while Mother attends to newborn baby, or perhaps its preparing a meal while Mother spends time with children, or folding laundry on nap time etc. A typical week with us involves: - Morning lattes (essential) - Breakfast together - Dance parties - Interactive playtime / outdoor play - Laundry - Snacks & meal prep - Arts & crafts - Tidying as the day unfolds - Lots of laughter & fun - Sunshine :) Give us all that sunshine :) If you are a nurturing and responsible individual who is looking for part-time - full time hours in a Mother’s Helper role and can commit to providing excellent care, we would love to hear from you.
