Nanny Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

We are a family in Winnipeg, Manitoba, living in the Crescentwood area, looking to hire a full-time (Mon-Thu or Mon-Fri - Ideally Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:30) nanny to care for our one infant son who will be 6 months old by the time of your start date. This is a live-out position, and we are seeking someone who is experienced, responsible, reliable, self motivated, and genuinely enjoys working with children. Infant care will be the priority, in addition to support with housekeeping and meal prep. It’s important that our nanny is organized, punctual, and takes pride in maintaining a fun, safe and clean environment. We also have a 1 year old golden retriever in the home, so some pet care responsibilities will be part of the job but note that we do have a daily dog walker who also helps take care of her. A valid CPR certification is required. Previous experience in nanny roles, pediatric healthcare, and/or child care will be strongly valued. If you can speak french please let us know as we are raising our child bilingual and a french speaking nanny would certainly be beneficial. We are offering a rate of $20 per hour to start. If things go well we are certainly open to raising this rate accordingly in order to be aligned with a competitive pay for an experienced and skilled nanny.
