Nanny Job in North Vancouver, British Columbia

We are a family of 3 looking for a Spanish or Mandarin-speaking nanny for our 2-year-old daughter. Some details below: Logistics: · Location is Deep Cove area in North Van, we are not very easily accessible by transit (although it depends where you are transiting from). · 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; although this could change slightly in September). · We are initially looking for someone 25-30 hours per week for 6 months (between May 16th – middle November). · Approximate schedule: o Monday: 07.30/08... o Tuesday: 07.30/08... o Thursday: 08.30/10... o Friday: 08.30/10... Our ideal helper will: · Speak exclusively Spanish or Mandarin with our daughter. · Play with our daughter – a mix of (educational Montessori-style play, reading stories, art, music, free play, nature and outside, motor development, sensory play). · Change diapers and help with toilet training. · Love dogs and be willing to help with grooming, feeding and taking them to pee when needed. · Be willing to do light housework (e.g., cleaning the floor of heavy traffic areas, emptying dishwasher, possibly some laundry). · Keep all baby stuff clean and tidy. · Be willing to do cooking/meal preparation for our daughter (she enjoys cooking and being a part of this – we often do it together!).
