Looking for Part-Time & Occasional Childcare. Great for students or those looking for additional work. We are looking for both someone for the summer as well as long-term part-time. Our schedule is variable for some examples of common times are: - Tues. & Thurs. afterschool & evenings 4/5pm - 10pm - Occasional mornings 6/30am - 930am - Occasional evenings 4pm - midnight - Occasional weekend days or evenings Rate: depends on experience/education ranging $23 - 25/hr (students still in high school $18-20/hr) Position requires access to a car/vehicle. About us: Our youngest is 9 years old. Our older 2 are now teens; we still need someone at meal time and for busy morning/afternoon routines and occasional pick-up/drop off from activities in the summer. The ability to be flexible is important as both parents work are shift workers. We are looking for someone who can be flexible with work times or more than one person to fill our needs with different availabilities. We are a bilingual family and value french skills (although not required). We live in an area without public transit (Manotick), please only inquire if you have a reliable vehicle. We are looking for: - non-smoker - current CPR /First aid training (or equivalent) - current criminal records check - previous experience with children - proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 - drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle - 2 references of previous experience with children Compensation will depend on experience. We can also provide recent criminal records check upon request. We are looking for someone to begin following interview and reference checks. We can try and connect 1st via zoom.
