Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

What We're Looking For: I'm hiring a Housekeeper/Nanny to assist hands on mom with day to day working in West Vancouver, British Columbia. I aim to find a wonderful, excellent employee who has live-out availability. Expected time split between housekeeping/nanny is 70/30. Ideal candidate is willing to help out around the house and switch between household tasks and extra hands caring for the kids. Hours: 26 hours per week with potential extra hours on weekends or evenings with notice. Schedule hours could be flexible on days and hours but start time on working days needs to be between 7:30-8:00am. Potential Schedule: 4 days (Two Half Two Full) (26 hr) Monday 8-4 Tuesday 8-1 Thursday 8-4 Friday 8-1 Nanny Job Responsibilities: Looking after 2 children in their home, newborn & 2 years old one-on-one care, physical play 2-1 care at times while mom has commitments during the day Getting children dressed and ready for activities Adhering to both children’s different nap schedules Joining mom at 2 year old activities to take care of the newborn Early morning start, preparing breakfast and cleaning up after for the children and assisting mom for morning routine Keeps the children’s areas neat and tidy Some evenings and weekends required with sufficient notice Housekeeping Job Responsibilities: Will include additional household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, housekeeping, and laundry and general organizing Occasional grocery shopping and meal prep Nanny Qualifications/Skills: Creating a safe, nurturing environment Engaging Child-focused Compassionate Excellent communication skills Patient Organized
