Nanny Job in Burlington, Ontario

Hi my name is Jordan Our family: We are a family of three with a 2 year old son named Wellington. What we are looking for: part-time nanny. Someone that is trustworthy, reliable, has a proven track record and experience with toddlers. We are a busy family that requires additional support with care of our son, general house upkeep, cooking, etc. *There is a possible full time position available here if we find the right fit for our family* We are quite flexible on days of the week. Ideally 2-3 days a week would be great. (approx. 15-20 hours a week). Occasional over time for weekend / evening babysitting may be required if possible. I am going back to work part time and require additional support for our son during the day. Our son is very active, energetic, full of life and enjoys playing outside in nature. He enjoys cooking, cars, trains, and playing with his dog Finn. Ideally, we are looking for someone that can help create an environment of learning, stimulation and creativity. We are looking for someone that has prior experience in a similar nanny role and can form a strong connection with our son. A valid drivers licence and vehicle is required for outings and socialization activities. Job Location: we are located in North Burlington, Ontario. Service Requirements: - tidying around the house- laundry, dishes, baby bottle cleaning, sweeping, organization, etc - tending to and caring for a toddler - create an engaging environment for toddler that stimulates learning - take toddler to appropriate social outings including the library, park, play gyms etc. - meal prep & cooking (emphasis on healthy, plant-based meals) - running errands, grocery shop, etc - vehicle and valid drivers license - experience caring for children - comfortable with dogs - takes initiative - happy & fun demeanour! Job Start: early new year.
