Hello! About us: We are a family of three - mom, dad & an 18 month old son. Our son is in daycare, but we both sometimes need to work in the evenings and on weekends so are looking for some extra help around the house. Where we're located: Near Dupont subway station in an apartment in a house. What we're looking for: A part-time nanny/housekeeper for two evenings during the week (preferably Tues and Wed) and for a few hours on Saturday or Sunday. The hours are flexible, so we'd be happy to discuss what works best for you. Being able to drive is a plus - looking for someone who can do daycare pickup. For the evenings, we are looking for someone to come for 3-4 hours, starting around 5/5:30 and ending around 8/8:30. On the weekend, we're looking for someone to come for 3-4 hours, and can discuss what timing would work best. Services: Daycare Pickup: During the week, we are looking for someone who is able to do daycare pickup. The daycare is ~25 minute walk from our place, so being able to drive is probably preferable (if you don't have your own car, we may be able to make arrangements for you to use ours). Childcare: On evenings/weekends that we are working, we are looking for someone to primarily take care of our son. In the evenings, that would likely include dinner, bath time and putting him to bed & on the weekend that would likely include playing with him, feeding him and putting him down to sleep. Some light housekeeping is also desired. Housekeeping: When we are home and aren't working, we would like someone to do more of a housekeeping role - food prep for our son (e.g., meals that can be frozen for later), tidying the kitchen, laundry, etc. Start date: July 2023
