Nanny Job in Oakville, Ontario

We are a family of 4 based in South East Oakville seeking an experienced, warm, compassionate, outgoing part-time nanny for our two children, daughter (18M) and son (3Y). The position will be 4 days a week Mon-Thurs from 3:30-7pm - approx. 14 hours a week. Having your own vehicle is required as the role will require daycare pick ups Tues/Wed/Thurs. We also have a very friendly dog. This is not a summer position - we are looking for permanent PT nanny. Job Responsibilities Include: • Provides personalized childcare for both children in our home and wherever they are in your care (vehicle, park, walks, etc) • Meets the physical, emotional, social and intellectuals needs of the children • Contributes to a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children thrive and develop • Transports children from daycare to home 3x week (4min drive each way or 22min walk each way) • Prepare dinner for family 3x week and feed children dinner when required • Clean up after dinner and tidy kitchen/main floor • Keeps the children’s areas (play areas and bedrooms) neat and tidy • May include additional tasks such as children’s laundry (wash, fold & put away) when time allows Work Hours and Benefits • $25-$30 hourly pay based on qualification/experience • Mon thru Thurs - 3:30-7pm • Will reimburse for gas used while transporting children
