Nanny Job in Niagara Falls, Ontario

Overview: We are looking for child care for our 7 month old daughter in our home starting end of March/beginning of April. We are located in the north end of Niagara Falls. We are close to some bus stops but I am unsure how accessible it is, so your own vehicle or transportation would be an asset. We will need care 2-4 days a week, Monday-Friday, for 5-9.5 hours a day. Most days would be 7:30 am to 5:00pm others might be 12:00pm-5:pm or 8:00am-1:00pm. My partner works shift work, so the hours and days will vary. We are willing to have the days split between 2 or more caregivers, so if you can only commit to one or two days a week we can be flexible! Your day would consist of playing with the baby, putting her down for naps, feeding and changing her. We do not expect any house chores, unless otherwise discussed (cleaning up toys, cleaning baby dishes, putting baby clothes for laundry). We want our care giver to be engaging and creative with the baby and play and conduct age appropriate activities. While baby is napping, your time is your own. We want you to be comfortable in our home! You can watch tv, do homework, etc. You must be comfortable around dogs. We have two big dogs (German shepherd and golden retriever) you would have to let them out in the backyard but no other pet duties are expected. They are very friendly, but they like to bark out the window at other dogs. Additional Availability: We can likely accommodate other availability.
