Nanny Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

We are a neurodivergent-affirming family looking for a calm, autonomy-supportive caregiver/driver for our bright 6-year-old daughter (autism level 2). We do not use ABA, and we want someone who respects Georgie’s drive for autonomy and supports regulation through relationship, predictability, and low-pressure choices. Schedule: approx. 11:15am–4:30pm, 4–5 afternoons/week. Anchor: Grosvenor School pickup at 11:30am. What we need: safe school pickup/drive home, snack, play/outdoor time, co-regulation, simple routines, and consistent but flexible boundaries. Nice-to-have: OT/rehab sciences background or similar; ND-affirming practice.
