Nanny Job in Hamilton, Ontario

Hi there, we are considering a nanny to help out 2-3 days a week. What we're looking for: Ideally, we'll find a Regular live-out nanny, that can also speak French. Only one of us is French speaking (ish) and we are trying to maintain a habit of speaking French to our 15 month old. Service: We're hoping our nanny will help with play time, nap time, feeding and meal preparation/assistance or house work. Average Day: start at 7/8(?) - 4/5? Would consider a 12-8 shift as well (as in we are sorting out our needs at the moment) Starting: Ideally in the next few weeks, although we're not 100% sure on if a nanny is the right fit - it may be up to finding the right candidate. Mandatory: First Aid CPR, just for our comfort Interview process: 1 visit / chat at our home (or coffee shop if you'd prefer), as well as 1 visit with our Child to see if it's a good fit for both (baby crying is not a deal breaker haha)
