Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

We are a family of four living in southwest Calgary, with both parents working downtown. Our older daughter is 14 years old and our younger daughter is 2 and a half. We are looking for someone to assist with light household tasks (including laundry, tidying, meal prep and planning), check in with our teenager after school, pick our toddler up from daycare, care for her until we arrive home from work, and help get dinner ready. We are tired parents who never have time to put away the laundry and are late to daycare pickup. We are hoping to find someone to make the daily grind a bit less of a grind. We would like someone who is able to work from approximately 1pm - 6 pm on weekdays, between 3 and 5 days a week, with the potential to expand hours as we get to know you and as our family's needs evolve. A vehicle is required to assist with daycare pick-ups, household errands, and occasionally driving our older daughter to activities. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Exact hours are flexible. We will offer paid annual vacation. The ideal person will be motivated, organized, and take initiative around the house. Our family is warm, friendly, and loves to laugh. We are looking for someone who is playful and energetic, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children.
