Nanny Job in Dawson Creek, British Columbia

We're looking for an energetic, fun-loving, responsible nanny to care for our three young children. We live in Northern British Columbia on a beautiful acreage just 10 mins from Dawson Creek, a small town of 12,000 people. The children are aged 4 and half and 3 years, with the third arriving late September! I plan being on maternity leave from Sept 2017-Feb 2018, but am looking for someone to start before my maternity leave ends. I'm flexible, so the start time can be anywhere between Oct 2017 to the beginning of Jan 2018. We are non-smokers and would prefer that the nanny is as well. Our daughter who is 4 and a half has a developmental delay, which has impacted her speech. I would classify her as special needs, as she has an aid at pre-school and does require a little extra care. She is absolutely lovely however, is independent in most things, with a great sense of humour, is not shy and gets along with everyone. Her brother who will be 3 this summer is a happy little boy who will talk your ear off. :) He will also be starting pre-school in the fall. Whoever becomes our nanny will need to be able to drive and we can provide a vehicle if needed. I would like the kids to remain active in playgroups and activities and they will need to be dropped off and picked up from pre-school at least one day per week. I am offering 30-35 hours a week. As I will be working part-time, on my days home when child care is not needed as much I may ask for housekeeping duties to be done. Also of note, we do have 3 dogs. They are hypoallergenic, but being comfortable with animals is important. They will not need walking, but they are both in and outdoor dogs so the nanny will be interacting with them on a regular basis. We would prefer a live out, but can accommodate a live in situation. If the nanny requires living quarters, she will have her own private room and living area, with a washroom. We like to think of ourselves as an easy-going family and would love the nanny to become a part of it. :) We look forward to talking to potential candidates and finding the right person for the job!
