Nanny Job in Airdrie, Alberta

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this posting! I am currently seeking a LIVE OUT Nanny or Regular Babysitters for my 15-month-old daughter. We live within Airdrie city limits and have 3 dogs. There are cows on the property from time to time and wildlife. This job does not require any care to the animals, more just to be aware that there will be animals around. I work for a call center with a schedule provided 6 weeks in advance. I return to work October 3 and will be 9-5 M-F for 3 weeks. I will require full time care for those weeks. From there my schedule reflects shift work. We are looking for regular care that would likely include hours starting 8:30 am to 10 am with shifts 4 to 8 hours on both weekdays and weekends. This will include weeks of PT/FT but hours can be negotiated based in your needs and offered overtime from my work. For this position it is required that you have your own reliable transportation, provide police record check, and possible references. The wage is starting 15.00 with room for negotiation based on commitment of hours, experience, and previous training. Daily duties will include Arriving 30 minutes before my shift start to get settled in with Sloane and myself Following pre-planned meals and snacks schedule given by myself or my husband Outside time on the property -weather permitting. Initially there will be no offsite activities without me present. Inside activities; play time (independent and guided), educational activities, crafts/art, reading, etc. While we don’t mind some screen time, we do not want the entire day or long periods of time being spent in front of the TV/screens Minimal cleaning-tidying after Sloane; loading dishes into dishwasher or handwash bin, toys and play area clean up, Changing diapers and –aiding with eventual - potty-training Administering medicine with my consent, if necessary Role will adjust based on developmental changes
