Nanny Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

I am looking for a part time Mother's Helper for my family in Charleswood, Winnipeg, Manitoba. That means that I would be home at all times during the shifts, but you would help with managing the home while you are there. I have 3 kiddos (1, 5 and 7). I am homeschooling two of them as well as I run a business. I am looking for someone that has similar values to us (we are Christians) as well as someone who loves kids, is energetic, flexible and motivated! We have a very active family and have a fast paced environment. Duties would include watching the kiddos that aren't homeschooling, playing games, reading to the kiddos, as well as light house keeping duties like kid laundry, running robot vacuum etc. The position is paid out at an hourly rate is $15.80 and the hours are flexible. I currently have a Mother's Helper that is a student working part-time, so I am looking for a second part time team member. Hours would ideally be as follows, but I am flexible: Tuesdays 4 pm to 8 pm Thursdays 9 am to 5 pm Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm.
