I’m looking to hire a nanny to help out as my kids move in with me full time, due to their father moving away. Supervision during online school at home is a priority, as well as a calm demeanor when frustrated. We are a home recovering and healing from trauma, so an understanding of how that impacts mental health would be helpful.
