Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

We are looking for someone who is able to babysit our 2.5 year old son and 10 month old daughter. My husband travels frequently for work so I am looking for someone who can help me out in the evenings while he is away over dinner/bedtime. Additionally, I will have a once or twice weekly commitment which I would require about 4/hours of care per day (this would be pre-scheduled and routine). Any daytime care would just be my daughter as our son is in full-time daycare/has a part-time nanny. Any evening care would either be with me home with both kids or, if it is an evening out for my husband and me it would potentially be both children solo. But, the majority of care hours would be with you being responsible for one child only. I am not looking for someone to clean or organize my home. I really am looking for a person to engage and play with my children while they are "on duty". The only cleaning I would ask would be to clean up after yourselves and any toys that are laying around the main floor. We live in the SE of Calgary, near South Centre mall for reference, and require someone who has their own vehicle. We also have a dog and a cat, so it would not be an ideal situation for someone who has allergies or is not comfortable with animals. Our dog is a wonderful dog who is endlessly patient with our children and just wants to be cuddled and pet. But, he is nervous meeting new people, so a person who is quite comfortable with dogs is needed to get over that initial hump of nerves for him.
