We are a warm, active family with three wonderful children seeking a dedicated, experienced, and reliable full-time Nanny to join our household. Our previous nanny was an extraordinary member of our family for many years — she handled everything for the kids and the home with incredible energy, warmth, and professionalism. We are looking for someone with that same spirit to become a trusted partner in raising our children. About the Role This is a live-out position based in Kelowna. You will be the primary caregiver during the workweek, ensuring our children feel safe, loved, and supported while helping maintain an organized and happy home. The role includes regular driving, occasional travel with the family, and some overnight stays when needed. Key Responsibilities Provide full-time care for our three children ages 4, 6 and 9. Handle daily routines including school drop-off/pick-up, meals, activities. Keep the children’s spaces and common areas of the home clean and organized. Manage children’s schedules, appointments, and extracurricular activities. Drive the children safely to school, lessons, sports, playdates, and other events (you must have your own reliable car and a clean driving record). Travel with the family for vacations and occasional weekend trips. Be available for occasional overnights when parents are traveling. Act as a positive role model and engage the children in fun, educational, and enriching activities. Work collaboratively with parents as a true team member and valued part of the family. What We’re Looking For Experience: Several years of professional nanny or childcare experience with multiple children, ideally in a family setting. Personality: Warm, fun, energetic, patient, and genuinely loving toward children. You should be someone kids naturally gravitate toward. Key Skills: Highly organized and proactive — you anticipate needs and take initiative. Excellent driver with your own reliable, insured vehicle. Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Trustworthy, discreet, and able to maintain household standards. Availability: Full-time, Monday–Friday with some flexibility for evenings, occasional weekends, and travel. Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
