Nanny Job in Calgary, Alberta

I am seeking a responsible and caring individual that is interested in a casual PT nanny position. You have to be willing to stay in our home with the kids and be able to drive and have own vehicle. I travel for work once or twice per month (a few days at a time) and am looking for someone to stay in my home and take care of my 2 kids. Our home is in deep SE of Calgary in Seton. The schedule may vary and it may be more or less dependent on my work schedule. Currently I have my January and February schedule and should know my March schedule soon. It can change slightly but I will provide as much notice as possible. ** Unfortunately, I am hoping to find a permanent PT nanny and not have to look for new Nanny's if you're unable to work the days we need (I understand this may be difficult as it's casual and you may have other obligations). I am hoping with enough notice that you can accomodate and plan that around your schedule. I have 2 very well behaved and sweet kids - 13yo boy and 6yo girl. My 13y old is self sufficient and doesn't need you to do much for him besides have food ready and drive/pickups. My 6y old is very sweet and well behaved and needs some prep for school, slight homework, food, bath time routine and drop off/pickups. My 13y old's school is 5 minutes away and my 6yo's school is 15 minutes away. I can share with you more in detail our family schedule if you're interested. While the kids are at school, you are free to do whatever you like until they are off school. I don't require house cleaning, just please keep the home tidy but no deep cleaning required. I will have groceries stocked in the fridge and meal preps ready (Hello Fresh/Good Food boxes) ready to go so that you can eliminate the stress of having to think of meal ideas. Our care requirement schedule is casual and I usually will know when I need care a few weeks in advanced. I am flexible but am looking for someone that will be consistent, caring, nuturing, attentive to the kids and will care for them in my absence while I am away. I want to have piece of mind that I do not have to worry while my kids are at home. I am looking for a nanny to love and care for the kids as if it's their own and if situations arise, they will know how to handle the situation if I'm unable to be present. Requirements: - Past experience with nanny and experience with kids in this age range a must. - Age over 25. - CPR preferred and First Aid preferred. - Must drive and have own vehicle. - Must have references. - Background check.
