Nanny Job in Whitehorse, Yukon

We are a friendly, professional family seeking a warm, caring and reliable full-time nanny to care for our three active children, aged 6, 4, and 2. Our kids are curious with a love of exploring the outdoors. They’re all currently enrolled in school or pre-school. While our work schedules are often during standard business hours, there are times when we have professional commitments outside those hours, so we truly value a caregiver who offers flexibility and can adapt to a schedule that shifts from time to time. Since the children are in school for part of the day, we are looking for a candidate who is happy to balance childcare with household support. This role includes managing school transitions with morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups, providing engaging daily care whenever the kids are home, and assisting with healthy meal preparation and general household help to keep our home running smoothly. We also have a friendly old pup, so interested candidates should be comfortable around pets. The ideal candidate is someone dedicated to helping children grow into kind, thoughtful adults. We are looking for an energetic and punctual individual who enjoys being active and can keep up with three energetic kids. This could be a live-out position, though we are open to exploring live-in options if that is preferred. The position would offer guaranteed hours weekly, with a competitive hourly rate that factors in an applicant’s experience, qualifications, and whether the arrangement is live-in or live-out.
