Nanny Job in Brossard, Quebec

Our family recently relocated from Western Canada and we are looking for a nanny to care for our adorable 5 months old boy/girl twins. We offer a base salary of 20$/hour (negotiable depending on experience). We are looking for someone who is caring and dedicated, organized, flexible with schedule (daytime, evenings, weekends), French or English speaking. Our parenting style is a mix of gentle and authoritative with a particular attention to developmental expectations and needs. Candidates should be CPR certified, have at least 3 years of experience working with infants and be able to provide recommendation letters and contacts. ECA qualification (or equivalent) would be preferred. In addition to childcare responsibilities, light housekeeping duties will be required. Candidates will also be expected to help with exercises/activities to help the development of our twins who were born premature. Candidate must be able to be flexible with scheduling as one of the parents is a shift worker (8am-3pm or 2pm-9pm) weekdays and weekends. We need someone who can do a minimum of 10 "shifts" a month starting now (and full time by June). This is negotiable.
